Karin Bille
Karin Bille trained as a carpenter and studied product design in Kassel.
She enjoys working with her hands and exploring new materials. Over time, this has led to the creation of pieces made from glass, bronze, ceramics, wood and paper. These objects are created using simple techniques and rudimentary equipment. The momentum of the processes is part of the creative journey, and this is what gives them their uniqueness – no piece can be reproduced; each is one of a kind. This is how these little things come into being, accompanying us unobtrusively through our daily lives, quiet yet attentive.
